I've thought about moving there myself one day for a few reasons, but mostly because I want to see more of the world than just where I've grown up. (It also helps that there's a lot of career opportunities for my field compared to where I am now.) I hear it can sometimes be difficult to fit into life in Seattle as a transplant and just wondered what your experience has been like! :) Hope all is well!

I was wondering what are some must dos in Seattle and the surrounding areas- I am vegan so need some yummy food recommendations :) Also what have you found is some of the best self care practices for when you feel overwhelmed and in a huge anxiety/depression funk- I noticed on a vlog a while back you mentioned you are an enneagram type 4, so am (yay) I and it's so hard for me to realize that I am not my feelings, and make a conscious effort to give myself permission to feel my emotions but not seek them out ex: listen to sad music when I want to feel sad. Do you struggle with this too as well and how do you deal with it? Hope your are well! Much love! 💕
