day 3 of mm — overlooking the kingdom!!

WAHOOOO HERES THIS PIECE A DAY late !! i’m so happy with it. i’m using mostly flat colors for this challenge, to keep things quick, but also as a neat challenge to myself! some of my fave artwork uses flat colors in really interesting ways so i wanna see what i can learn from using dark lines and flat colors. i’d love to rerender this piece traditionally, probs after the challenge - i wanna do it in gouache and colored pencils. pls lemme know what y’all think!! and here’s a little story i wrote to go along w this pic:
