Hope you're treating yourself to things you love and taking the time to recharge for the week ahead. I still have a few days left here and a hiking trip planned and I'm super excited. Going on a shopping trip tomorrow for some cute clothes for me and you

I'm so thankful to be able to take these few days away from my apartment. Living on a main street in a super busy city is no joke traffic never stops and i was finally able to sleep without any noise. It was such a blessing I feel so much better and I am waking up with no nerves or bad mood well rested and excited to start the day and workout. I am so envious of people who live like this everyday this year I'm going to try and strive to make this my lifestyle.

It's really important we do the things we like we only get to do this once anyway so might as well make it count 😼
