On a totally unrelated note: I started prime and it is amazing and fascinating to see how far you all have come and exciting to see where the road may take you. I think that as their brand grows (or any brand), the main difficulty is balancing the time and bandwidth spent on the business aspects, versus their normal content, not necessarily one or the other. The Crooked Moon deadline heaped on a lot of pressure, and they had to reallocate some of their mojo, is all. I'm sure they'll be back to regular programming soon, and gain valuable insights into organizing and streamlining these things, for the future.
