Hey! As per my latest post, I've been sick and I was hoping by today I'd be completely back to normal.
Well, my estimate might have been too optimistic, but I'm good enough to do some work right now.
I haven't been able to update trello considering I had to break my workflow to rest, so I'll just list my progress from today in a couple of bulletpoints:
My plan was to have all the scenes animated and added to the game by now, but the time window may be too small to do all that. So here's what I thought.
No matter what happens, release a testing build before the month ends. This testing build is a way to see the latest content and help me figure out if there's need for polish in some places or gamebreaking bugs, because honestly, once I release a build, I don't focus that much on polishing and more on making sure the game doesn't actually break if I release updates for that build.
From what I've seen on other creators' pages, this "strategy" is pretty popular and that's why I thought I'll add it to $5+ Patrons as a Patreon Benefit (like other creators seem to do as well). This isn't meant to take away anything away from $1 Patrons, it's just an extra incentive if you want to support development and gain access to preview builds/help me polish them.

A testing build isn't meant to last more than 2 weeks before it becomes a fully fledged build, so this is what a release schedule will look like from now on, using this month as an example:
So, on average, the testing builds will last for around 2 weeks before they become proper builds. They'll be labeled differently from proper builds in case you aren't in a rush to access the latest content.
That's about it for now. I'm going to go back to working on the animation and the drawing so that the testing builds will have as much content as possible.
Thank you for your attention and have a great day!
