Malevolent Planet Unity Public Release Date & Sneak Peeks

Hey! As I mentioned in my previous Patron only post, my past month has been spent on working with a new company to secure a stable income source while development for Malevolent Planet may continue without financial stress.

A Patreon project needs constant public exposure in order to work and I haven't actually had a real public update in a really long time. The past updates were to the text version and they mostly included bugfixes. This isn't good.

After having the chance to see what it is working *for* and *with* others, my drive to work on my projects is much higher than before. It wasn't a bad experience, it was in fact very friendly and I learnt a lot of things that apply mostly to working in teams, not solo as I do.

My new working hours become 9am-7pm every weekday, because the goal is to make this work.

Onto more important info. 

• Malevolent Planet Unity Day0 for Public will release on 1st or 2nd July.
• Malevolent Planet text version will get a new update with more content and a few critical bugfixes.
• Monthly Public Releases are back. Hopefully with more community engagement through Polls.

Essentially, after Unity day0 is out, the next public release will be for the text version which should be in August.

After that, we should have 2-3 months of Unity public updates followed by another text game update and so on. It's necessary to prevent being stuck in-between updates because this creates a bad situation that limits the growth of the project and your access to the latest content.

I sadly don't work in a team and many things are harder when you're all by yourself, but with the increased amount of time I have left to give everyday, things will get better.

If there's public interest, I'll also post sneak previews of drawings to be added in the text game/unity version.

Thank you for reading this and I hope it's making some sense to you. It's been a pretty intense month and although I'm looking forward to my vacation, I know that until then I need to put the best work I can into making content for you and increasing the project.
