This was the $25 tier requested image from last month...portal panties! I did more on this image set since I'm unsure if I'll get to another 25-tier image this month(I'll try), and it could easily be more continuation of this.
Kind of a new(?) concept..trend..something, I've seen around lately, portal panties are, well pretty much this. One end is a toy appearance, the other is inside wearable panties. Seen versions with masks too, could also be fun with guys, for a future idea!
Ayn is by far the most likely candidate for this tech...easy way to flood her boring days and duties with something much easier to conceal and distract. The Blue Guard is the royal family's bodyguard, and consists of single males (must not have family or other obligations, not Ayn's choice or anything.. though it does work in her favour), who basically must serve and fulfill, protect and assist. Apparently, this applies to Ayn's needy requests. I'd give them more detail, but I went quite far on this as it is.

If you wanted to adjust your thickness you would adjust the projection of the female genitals. Small projection for larger girth or larger projection for smaller girth.
