Final Move/November Update - Refunds

Hey all!
So here's the final update: I'm all moved in! Place is a bit of a mess, but Rei and I are mostly settled, and my workstation is up and running. Just in time for December, which brings me to the main important note here:
Originally the plan was to pause for December, and give the rewards retroactively to November's pledges, however as several of you PM'ed me about, and after reading Patreon's own recommendations, I think it will be a lot easier to manage and track by giving refunds for November, and resuming business-as-usual for December. That way this mess is confined to just one month.
Trying to complete artwork and hand it out to past pledges had far too many nuanced problems that I didn't think about, not least of all that updates wouldn't be 'live' or have tier-based access, it would all have to be done at the end of the month; sent out via PMs to each tier. It really is easier to just do refunds, as Patreon has a built-in, one-click refund system in place, per-patron, per-month.
So I've made a quick Google Form to submit a refund request for November:

No questions asked (other than the two in the form...of course), no offense taken. I really do not want to take pledges I haven't earned. This offer will be open indefinitely-if someone comes back months, a year later, then I have a way to keep track of it and do it. The form asks for username and email, because some people have identical usernames, and sometimes one or the other changes. It's just to keep it all in one place. If for some reason you really would rather do it via PM, you may send it here.
One final note... you don't have to fill this out, a few of you have said you want to keep supporting me, or to help out with the move, or just because...that's extremely flattering, and you really have my heartfelt thank-you.
But I know times are tough, so please, make sure you take care of yourself first before y'all pledge to me, no matter what. Stay safe, take care, and I'll see you all for the normal start-of-the-month in just a few days!

I'll be honest, I don't really care for a refund. I support you because I want to support you and Rei. The art and interaction with you as a creator are, to me, more of the "icing on the cake" for getting to be here as a part of your patreon followers. I don't mind at all about you guys taking a month to get moved and settled etc. I want to keep supporting you, and one month without art posts isn't gonna stop that. So I'm not gonna fill in the refund form. :)
