Chasing Cats - HD
Added 2020-03-19 14:02:39 +0000 UTC18th was my gf's birthday, and despite the worldwide quarantine, we managed to have one or two friends stop by, picked up her favourite foods since everywhere is take-out, and during our very-mini-at-home-hangout-party, I managed to do some more fast-practice full-colour art, meaning I took this from sketch to final in one day, and while it's a bit rough around the edges up close, I'm pretty happy with how Amari came out, proportionally and stylistically...been a little while since I've drawn her.
Amari is my gf's liger-sona, and main character of her ongoing comic 'Tribe of Shawri'. It's free to read on her FA as she updates, and I know several of you are also patrons of her, which I know she is really grateful for! Comic can be read HERE, and her Patreon is also free to follow.

Also love the quality you pushed out in only a day. If there are "little imperfections," I can't find them at a glance, so good job there! And even those little flaws you might notice yourself will get better with practicing speedy art like this. If you're planning to make a long-form comic, it'll be good practice. You should get tips from Rei actually, if you're not already, since her comic uses a simpler style than her full renders, but everything still looks really good and recognizable. It's the different between "lower" quality and stylized for speed. And late happy birthday to Rei! I'm loving her comic. She has some wonderful characters and quite the intriguing world.
