It's hot outside and inside her workshop the fan keeping her cool has broken down on a hot summer day, so she's stripped down to either a sports bra & undies or two-piece swimsuit(for sfw version) / nude(for nsfw version) to feel cooler while she's trying to fix a broken fan blade.
