2022-02-04 20:55:30 +0000 UTCThe .xlsx file format is what Microsoft Excel creates/uses. If you don't have Microsoft Excel, Apple makes a software application for the Mac called Numbers. This is also able to open and read Excel documents if you don't want to pay MSFT about $100 annually
