Predators of Denali - Page 7 sketch
Added 2017-10-07 10:20:33 +0000 UTCPage 7! Tala learns a bit about what Kiga had in mind for her, Aska offers a little exposition about the ceremony. But mostly, the page is trying to focus on Tala and her feelings about being a wolf. I thought of having her mutter something, like "I don't want to be a wolf anymore" at the end, but silence might be more impactful now that I leave it there.
As if she didn't feel like a lone wolf already, I think what hurts most is that Kiga is right; she's small, weak, already doesn't like to hunt, and we'll see a bit more of that and her past in the next page where she meets Bailey who pops up from the table, and later on after they leave on their journey. Enjoy!
PS: sorry if the dialogue is a little hard to read or follow "who says what", i didn't add those bubbles/lines in yet.

It's often better to express things in fewer or no words rather than trying to hit the audience over the head with it. Leave some things implied and use expressions and body language. Also damn that's rough. But I have a feeling a certain busty bear is gonna mold Tala into a proper huntress. ;D

I really hope she gets a nice ending...and I mean a sweet end, not like, becoming the next alpha and getting her own men-harem or something, poor girl seriously needs someone to hug and love her for who she is. I'm really not trying to push my own opinions as to how the story should go or end just... Also here's hoping Kiga gets his nuts torn off.
