Hi John, this is Roselle, Tom's assistant. We updated the original post and add "postponed" then we posted 2 other posts to clarify the call on the 17th but all are just sent once. Maybe there was a glitch on the system that's why you received the same email and within the same timestamp. Thank you!

2021-10-14 13:52:29 +0000 UTCI have received many notices by email regarding the postponement of the zoom call. All over a 15 minute window. A couple of them are exactly the same message sent twice with the same time stamp. Do I have two accounts? Why are these emails duplicated in my in box?
