Inflation Hedge Stock 2/30

Historically, real estate tends to perform best during inflationary times. In this post I want to share with you a stock which leverages this to perfection.
The stock is $AMT American Tower Corporation (REIT). Currently the price is $263 and I can see a price of $290 by the end of 2021 as inflation and real estate heat up.
AMT is a $116B company, with almost no short interest at 0.75% only. American Tower is one of the largest publicly-traded REITs in the world. It owns, operates, and develops multi occupant communications real estate, with almost 200,000 communications sites. It operates in 22 countries, and employs 5,600 people globally, generating a nice $8.2B in revenue in the past 12 months.
The EBITDA margin is almost 64% and the Net Income margin is 23.5%! With annual growth of about 7-9% annually like clockwork. Its not cheap with a price to sales ratio of 14 and EV to EBITDA of 29, but I think its worth it with the way real estate will be one of the main saving grounds from the inflationary period we are heading into.
