It's not the whole hair, but the baby hair. As example.. If I use the red swatch, the hair is fully red, but the little baby hair on the top is orange. Idk why this is happening, especially as it looks just normal in your thumbnail. If you want me to I can also send you secreenshots I took. Best wishes! ♡
