Yes! Another "impossible" solved by thepancake1 and I! We figured out how to make custom Styled Looks and it's quite easy to do. It supports CC as well, so CC creators will be able to create Styled Looks for their sets if they'd like. We would like to eventually do a program so it's even faster and easier for your average user, but we're not sure when this will happen. I really hope soon though as I know how useful a program could be for your average gameplay. Imagine putting together and saving outfits in-game, running the program to save them as a Styled Look, and then the next time you play switching to your favorite outfits whenever you get bored with the current ones!! And for historical or other themed players this is an absolute game changer for quickly making NPC outfits.
Right now I'm still figuring out what a few things do in the Styled Looks file, but otherwise I'm ready to write a tutorial, but only once S4S updates and fixes the Tray cheat. This cheat is actually the base of how to make Styled Looks easily, and without it you have to put together your outfits manually. That's obviously not ideal, so let's hope that Andrew and/or Orangemittens saw my error report on time and are adding it to the Nifty Knitting S4S update. If not, we'll have to see what we'll do next.
Also, I haven't forgotten any of my other stuff! Just delayed slightly because of all these new amazing discoveries (there were several behind the scene ones as well, especially animated related that just shaved off a lot of my work). I'm going to finish testing a few things related to custom styles and then get back to work on everything else, unless S4S is updated with a fixed cheat because then I'll write the tutorial first for you guys, then continue with where I left off.
Hope everyone is having a good week, and enjoying Nifty Knitting if you got it!
