Mini Status Update

Sorry for the silence everyone! Other than the Bloody Vampire Bites mod, minor updates on the archery range, and some misc stuff, I haven't had much to report. I do plan on posting a sneak peak update on those soon though! And I forgot, again, to post public sneak peaks so next post is going to be a monthly summary so everyone can see what's been going on. I'm so excited to share my progress with everyone!

I did want to stop by and let everyone know what I'm doing though. First off, I hope everyone had wonderful holidays and is having an awesome new year so far! I myself decided, at the last minute (like 2 days before Christmas), to take a break like several other modders. I realized I was stressing over working on mods when I should be enjoying the time with my family, and that I hadn't taken a break since around July! I worked almost 6 months straight without a break, and I knew that wasn't healthy. I forgot to post an update among the holiday chaos to let everyone know though, so I apologize for that!

Second, I want to give a HUGE thank you to Shinobu (again) for helping me get a new desk! As I said in a previous post I've been using a folding table, which confined me and my computer to my room, and when the baby woke up I'd spend 2 hours or more sitting in the living room without anything to do mod wise. That meant very slow progress on my mods as I'd get....4 hours? to work on mods per day (and also meant other projects like my Discord and website stayed on the back-burner). With this new desk and moving to the living room I've basically tripled my computer time and can now work with very minimal interruptions! I also received a second monitor for Christmas, which means my digital workspace has doubled and I can organize my space better. It will be my first time working with two monitors though, so I will need to do some research and poking to make sure I've got everything setup the way I want and to avoid errors.

With all these new QOL updates I think I can finally move from "WIP" for a lot of these projects and finally move into the "Completed" territory, and I honestly can't be happier.

Anyways, hope everyone is doing well, I'll make that update post soon! I'll still be on break for a few more days, not sure when exactly I'll be starting again, but I imagine by Wednesday or earlier I'll for sure be working.
