Update
Added 2021-12-24 02:03:24 +0000 UTCAs you've probably guessed, I did end up getting sick. Stomach flu! Yes! Thankfully, I only had it bad for a day. Then I did what you're not supposed to do and drank coffee to get rid of my headache, and it worked! Muahahaha. The worst part about this week as been trying to help my daughter. Having a six year old who's extremely thirsty but throwing up any kind of liquid is no fun. After a week of trying different liquids, remedies, and meds, we ended up taking her to an Urgent Care to get IV fluids, then her primary care two days later---which happened to be the day that she finally started feeling better. Yes, we are charging our daughter for that last visit. Not because of the cost of a waisted trip, but because she immediately went back to being her cheeky self without giving us a day off. :D
I'm just getting caught up with where I was at with the last update. Not sure about chapters yet, but I'm returning to them like normal. Here are a few things coming up.
This weekend we're celebrating like normal. Saturday and Sunday are books.
This coming Wednesday we'll be going to my parents neck of the woods and celebrating throughout the rest of the week. We'll be coming back Saturday so I may or may not work then.
