Another workhorse mid weight vehicle for the stack, one with speed.
Somewhere along the line we decided to lean into a metal slug aesthetic on the AC5, short and beefy, a middle ground solution considering it's never been depicted at a reasonable size. Interestingly enough it's not even too thick, as we found our mechs have similar diametered guns.
It's definitely a big redesign from the original, but I think what Alan did came out great.
I foresee many of you running packs of these around the map raining autocannon rounds on your foes.

2022-08-05 06:46:50 +0000 UTCYou say metal slug... but i think its like a hover combination of sturmtiger and Jagdtiger. i really really like it, and much like my mental picture of it back in the 90s, it's big enough to carry all the crap my Mechwarrior 2 party wanted to carry around that wouldn't fit in a mech cockpit

2022-08-03 20:56:04 +0000 UTCI also would like to see a little more length on the AC. Doesn't need much in my opinion, just a little bit of barrel between the muzzle and where it meets the turret and I think it would be perfect. Looking forward to this and all the other vehicles I've seen so far.
