River Dragon

I am trying to finish before 2023 π¦ I am trying very hard to draw vastly different settings for each Dragon, and for each dragon to look and feel different. Some dragons look fast. Some are vicious. Some are big and slow. The river dragon is of the chunky variety, but donβt let your guard down! His eyes are intelligent.
