AD-Free Episode 532 - We Are What We Repeatedly Do

On this edition of the Arsenal Vision Post Match Podcast, Elliot (@yankeegunner) is joined by Clive (@clivepafc), Tim (@stillberto) and Paul (@poznaninmypants) to discuss another hugely disappointing loss. The pod starts with focus on the interesting selections and how those influenced the patterns of play. There’s some focus on the refereeing decisions. Then there’s a debate about the problem with the attack and then some strong concerns with the subs. Finally there’s understandable questions asked about the manager and direction of travel. All that and more on this edition of the Arsenal Vision Post Match Podcast.

Good one guys. Talk about blinkered views agree we are an Arsenal Pod, but to say that Everton didn't deseve the win is unfair. They had two goals disallowed hit posts and organized in defence. They had Richarlison and Gray running us ragged even wiht almost next to nothing as a service from the midfield. Gray almost single hand destroyed us. As people who have all played sport even amateur level there are two things that we always learn. Never disrespect an opponent and always go into the playground thinking taht we have a chance to win regardless of who is our opponent. We were mocking at Spurs and i told that time don't, look where tey are now. We are destined to finsih below Spurs, Man U and West Ham. We would be lucky is we finish above Aston Villa and Wolves. Unless we sign a forward, centermid or change the manager second half of the season is going to be cathartic. Elliot as you say we are again at a point where we are at stasis. We are on course for 60 points and nothing more.

It seems ok to criticise the players and say some of them are not Arsenal quality and should be sold. But god forbid anyone discusses the guy who assembled this squad and has them playing possibly some of the worst attacking football I've seen at Arsenal.

Paul seems like he’s ready to just let this club slip into mediocrity no matter what, as long as we for the love of god, don’t say the words, “the manager might need to be sacked” Im sorry but its extreme delusion. And what the hell?? This is a podcast, why is it such a bad thing to say that? You guys are supposed to have discussions like this ( especially when it’s been like this for awhile).
