2020-12-18 02:53:27 +0000 UTCThought Tim’s Ceballos rant was really weird and harsh...Dani’s tried to spin the defender to get goal-side for a better shooting angle, feels his ankle get clipped and goes down for the penalty as most players in the box would (and do!) when they feel the slightest contact. And surely he gets subbed because we’d just gone down to 10 men and could not afford to give the ref a chance to show him a second yellow as well - if Arteta wanted to ‘send a message’ to Dani for the penalty box incident then why not sub him at halftime instead...? 🤔 honestly not sure Xhaka is trying to pretend to be hard or show that he cares either - I think he’s just a complete hot head that can’t resist confrontation (bit like Wilshere was but worse!)
