The link below is to an interesting video by Coaches Voice where Steve Holland discusses the front five in football. He discusses the 343 played by Chelsea under Conte. The left and right side center backs used are players that can also play full back. As the wingbacks get forward the left center back and the right center back play fullback like positions, which maybe why Kola is preferred to Holding.
