VOTE | When Should Roundtable Hold Run?

We recently had a discussion in the comments about when new episodes of Roundtable Hold debut, and want to know from you lovely lot whether there's an actual preference or not.
To recap the situation.
A typical episode of Roundtable Hold covers events within the previous two episodes of RETRY.
During Part One of the series, new episodes of Roundtable Hold would be sent out the day after that second episode entered into Early Access for patrons.
Currently, during Part Two of RETRY: Elden Ring, new episodes of Roundtable Hold have been going out the day after that second episode goes live on YouTube.
The reason we changed this during Part Two is because we realised not everyone has the chance to watch their Early Access episode within the first 24 hours of receiving the link. And they might not want Roundtable Hold accidentally spoiling the contents of that unwatched episode.
Episode 20 is a great example. It leads with imagery of Aunty Finchy marrying Ranni. Now most of you probably know, at some point, that's going to happen... though maybe not in that next episode.
The question is: do people care?
Maybe we're being too spoiler-phobic for no reason at all, and people would prefer the latest episode as soon as possible.
We genuinely have no preference. So we're opening it up to you, the people who watch the show.
If you do have a preference, make sure you vote in the poll by the end of this Friday, August 2nd.
(The third choice says "I don't care" but we know you all obviously care. Read that as... "I don't mind either way.")
We'll simply go with the majority on this one.

I'm definitely on team 'day after early access.' I don't always get to watch the episodes on the day they go up as I work weekends, but I think it makes more sense to have it appear alongside the episodes it's directly referring to.

Just having to mentally recalibrate that an episode of RH is not talking about something I watched the day before, when it felt like a natural 1-2 punch. Appreciate the thinking on avoiding spoilers, but thumbnails and episode titles, for me - are just part and parcel of it, and a little tease of content is not a problem, but an appetiser. If I had no idea about Elden Ring and saw that thumbnail, I'd be like "wait, what? I gotta go watch this episode now and see whats going on here!"

But from a practical standpoint, I think having the RTH ep release immediately after the Early Access ep would make sense, as both content releases (RTH and Early Access) are exclusive to patreon and so it wouldn’t provide much complications between Public viewers VS Patreon viewers. Like I said, do as you please. I do not mind. I just thought I’d bring my interpretation of the situation from a practicality viewpoint. For me, I found the shift confusing because on my Patreon timeline I’m seeing a RTH episode release the day after an episode that isn’t included in the discussion.

2024-07-31 21:36:24 +0000 UTCI don't think "spoilers" is a really thing in this case, I'm sure most people watching have already played the game years ago and know what happens; it's not a "spoiler" that Finchy marries Ranni because that's what Ranni's quest line entails, and we know you're doing all the quest lines. And anyone who hasn't played the game won't really know what the picture is about, anyway.

I watch my episodes in batches and then binge through RTH, and so avoiding anything in the title / thumbnail that shares future eps contents is preferable to me :)

So I imagine spoilers would be down to, "So that's what they're up to." Rather than, "I've never seen that before."
