and I just found out the flu I had was due to covid. I have no more fevers but my throat is still itchy and my nose a little bit runny

DO NOT overdo things, and remember to rest. I have a friend who unfortunately still has not recovered completely from Covid, two years later! Remember to slow down a little and relax ... please. Let your VAs do the work.
