When the only car you've got access to is a zippy little hatchback, and the steel shop wants $3.90 a cut, you've got to think outside the box. I picked up the material and started making chips for my next project on the weekend. If the number of endmills I've broken already (3 (three))is anything to go by, it's gonna be a goodun'.

Done it myself. Used to be a hacksaw and a wood saw in the hatch when I was younger. Now it’s Dewalt and Milwaukee to the rescue.

I have a sedan without a fold down back seat. I have been very close to cracking out the M18 Milwaukee circular saw at Bunnings to break down material.
