I picked up the material and started making chips for my next project on the weekend. If the number of endmills I've broken already (3 (three))is anything to go by, it's gonna be a goodun'.

Done it myself. Used to be a hacksaw and a wood saw in the hatch when I was younger. Now it’s Dewalt and Milwaukee to the rescue.
