The past week or two(? time is blending together) have been just crunch after crunch after crunch. Just when I thought I was done with my second weekend having to go into the office (promises made and promises kept but YEESH), my new black Friday computer arrived and ate up a full 8 hours trying to get it set up (try cloning old drives into new architecture and getting windows to behave, and stumbling over every hurdle; I didn't think it would be so insane).
Finally feeling back on my feet, but very much looking forward to a real weekend, and getting back into the gym.
Happy with the page - or at least - happy with that BUTT; and a bunch of the interactions. They really feel lovely, and I'm proud of each of them! In hindsight - maybe I'm just BAD at drawing browns for interiors; when I get inside Owen's I'll lean back on darker blues and greens I think...
Tomorrow I'm thinking I'll brainstorm a Christmas illustration, to give me a little break and shake me up a bit: I've really enjoyed doing the last few, and they're a great palet cleanser.
As a heads up too; I'll need to take a week off at the end of the year to spend with fam, check out and play a game, and recoup a bit. I'll probably draw too, but no promises. I just feel that exhaustion and know I need a timeout for a couple of days.
