R6.9 Hotfix out now!
Added 2025-09-07 00:18:19 +0000 UTCHello, dear friends! Just a quick update: I have replaced the download links for R6.9 with a fixed version. Some minor bug corrections were done, but most importantly, the save compatibility system is now fully working as intended!
Please do note that to import/use your old saves, you need to follow this little guide:
1) Download the game.
2) Run it once.
3) Copy all your old saves and persistent data to C:/Users/YOURNAME/AppData/roaming/renpy/StarPeriphery. Overwrite, if needed. If you have trouble finding this folder, press the Windows key + R, paste %appdata%, and press Enter.
4) Delete C:/Users/YOURNAME/AppData/roaming/renpy/StarPeriphery/Sync folder (if it is there).
5) Copy all your old saves and persistent data to the game's folder (from where you run it); StarPeriphery-6.9/game/saves. Overwrite if needed.
6) Launch the game and load your saves.
You will only need to do this procedure once; all further releases will automatically update your older saves to the current version.

There's no count anywhere, and it is very much deliberate! It's there to show you what girls like/dislike, not really to be collected/worried about. All potential favor checks will never be punitive, only deciding between kinds of content!

2025-09-16 13:49:33 +0000 UTCReplaying this I realized I can't seem to find where the like/ heart stat is. When you do something a character enjoys they give you a little heart like, but it isn't saved on the skills menu, or the contacts. Am I missing where it would be or is it a work in progress or not really a relevant stat? :)
