I agree with that! In critical situations for the crew Zoro and Nami are always beside Luffy guiding him in making decisions. I always saw Nami as the quartermaster if we consider that this figure is in charge of navigation, of finances, of the day to day operations, of the discipline of the crew and preparation of nautical charts. Nami in a nutshell!

2025-01-03 18:17:18 +0000 UTCi agree luffy and nami team ups are super special. partly bc they are very rare since luffy is main combatant and nami is mainly non combatant. romance dawn trio in general are special since they're the first strawhats. if zoro is luffy's right hand i've always considered nami the vice captain but that's a controversial opinion loll

2025-01-02 03:19:03 +0000 UTCThe Luffy/Nami dynamics are my favourites in this arc. How Nami draws courage from Luffy, his values, his dream, to stand against Eneru and how among everyone it was her who led (navigate) him to ring the bell. Nice symbolism.
