Rocks and Stones Pack 01 - FREE!
Added 2022-03-31 13:23:49 +0000 UTCI honestly hated how my old stone assets looked, they were... so terrible ._. NOW THOUGH!! Now, we have all these beautifully textured stones that put those old assets to shame! I've tried to give a variety of colour options for the stone, while still offering the basic grey stone people see so often in fantasy maps. That being said, one option is noticeably missing from this pack; black stone. A colour change wasn't enough for a black stone to properly display as the other rocks and stones are here, you see. Turning the base of the asset darker meant that the highlights were suddenly not enough, or in some cases too strong- not to mention the texture was completely lost beneath the darker appearance. It is for that reason that I have not added black stone into this pack. That's not to say that I won't ever make black stone, but it certainly deserves better than what it would have gotten as a simple colour variant in this pack!
