Don't read too much into the episode titles. On the Twin Peaks rewatch, the hosts believe that the episode titles may not have even existed for the original run. The COMA theme here was simply three people in a coma, Ronette Pulaski, Leo Johnson and Nadine (although I don't recall if we saw her in this episode).

2022-09-26 05:37:24 +0000 UTCI was terrified of Bob growing up going into unlit rooms, coming around corners. No character has inspired as much fear in me my entire life. And he was cast as a fluke apparently---he was a set designer and appeared in some shot by accident and Lynch loved the image.
