For international purchases, please check the other retailers. Unfortunately shipping from my publisher is pretty darned expensive right now. Hopefully it'll be cheaper if purchased through Amazon or a similar service.
If you're interested in getting the book be aware that retailers currently say it's a "pre-order". It's not a pre-order. As far as I know, the book can be purchased and ship within a week in most cases for US orders. The listings are inaccurate.
