Back from Deutschland
Added 2018-05-27 00:52:54 +0000 UTCI returned from Germany a couple nights ago and have mostly recovered from the jet lag. It was a wonderful vacation and we saw so many interesting things, drank lots of good beer (cheaply I may add), and enjoyed ourselves immensely. My creative energy is returning and I'm digging back into existing commissions. I'll be livestreaming again Wednesday afternoons, Thursday nights, and other random times during the days. Birdgasm, thats a awesome word, have to remember that. I liked the Harpia, this majestic bird is definetly a sight to behold. I liked most when I got to hold them, like I said, in Hellenthal, I got to handel the birds more and even got to fly a bald eagle, but you are absolutely right, the shows are awesome and there is so muche to see there. the Kea is awesome ^v^ so, while not being the best, falconer for a day, event, it was still a really good time, I have a lot of good memories there and I found out some more about, how to become a falconer and how to get into this fascinating profession.

2018-05-30 19:02:08 +0000 UTCMy fav part was the bird of prey enclosures and spending some time watching the Stellar's sea eagles. The bird shows were good too-- we watched all three. We jokingly referred to the finale of each show, where a bunch of birds go flying everywhere and the fountain goes crazy, as a "birdgasm" lol.

2018-05-30 17:50:16 +0000 UTCI most liked, when I got to handle birds of prey, though I have to say, that the Falconer day I had in Hellenthal was a bit better and I had more intense contact with birds, but the Walsrodde Park itselve is amazing.
