Descent into Avernus: Additional Maps (patron)

Recently I realized there were a few more maps that Descent into Avernus could use. As such, here are maps for:
- Outside the Crypt of the Hellriders
- A random bridge
- Hallucinatory terrain/mirage encounters.
While by default there is no combat outside the crypt of the hellriders, I felt that it was a missed opportunity with the dozens of dead hellriders described as kneeling outside of it. I also didn't like that the password was simply for glory. As such, I've written an alternate entrance for the Crypt of the Hellriders to go along with the map.
The green maps are because I thought it'd be fun to have in case your players encounter a mirage of what Avernus used to be, or they can function as an alternate location to meet Smiler the Defiler given his stated love of using hallucinatory terrain.

Hmm, that is odd. I just tried them and they worked. Maybe, see if redownloading them would help.
