New tier level

Currently, this tier features patreon exclusive WIPs of comic pages and other occasional drawings. My future plan for this tier is to also include polls involving WIPs of different illustrations where you guys can vote for which ones you want to see finished first! I'd like to implement these polls around August after I *whip up* a few more WIPs ;D I'd like to have at least five ready to go!
So the $7 tier is exactly the same as $10 and I just thought it'd be nice to make it a little more accessible since it's turned into mostly just WIPs. I suggest that anyone who is currently pledging to this tier to edit your pledge to $7 to avoid getting overcharged for next month!
Also, when I have more time I'm going to move all the $10 content to $7 so it's still viewable~
