Hi, I'm just noticing the dates on the various posts here and I suspect I'm out of luck but... Will there be a map for the Palace of Heart's Desire? I absolutely loved the other chapters you have enough that I decided to run the module for my group next based on these maps. Am I looking at letting them down at the finale?

2024-06-06 13:06:18 +0000 UTCHey there! Sorry I didn't put this clearly in the readme (I'll update that readme later today). For Foundry VTT it is actually pretty easy. Just ignore the grid size and instead take the room size listed on the map and multiply the width and length by 100. For example, CH1 The Joy of Extradimensional Spaces has a room of 32x23. When you set up the scene, just input scene dimensions with 3200 x 2300. Be careful when you upload because I find with foundry sometimes it ignores the dimensions that I set it to when first creating a scene, and I have to reset it after the scene has been created. If it doesn't look right immediately, then make sure that it is set to the proper width and height. As for the grid size, you can leave that at 100px with only a few exceptions. Those exceptions are the maps that list themselves as having a grid size of 35px. You can choose to either double the size of the room or set the grid size to half. So for example, Ch14 the Canopic being has a room size of 54x73 with a grid size of 35. You can either set the room dimensions to 5400x7300 with a grid size of 50px, or you could set the room dimensions to 10800x14600 with a grid size left at the default of 100px. The reason for the 70/35 split is because that is the default grid sizes in roll20 which I was using while figuring out how to create maps that line up with roll20's dynamic lighting. If you look around you'll notice that the avernus maps don't have this issue (nor do they have black borders). It is my hope that going forward all the maps will be less confusing for using with Foundry VTT and other VTTs besides Roll20. I hope that helps, and thank you for being a Patron!

2021-07-08 19:10:13 +0000 UTCHey just trying out the candlekeep maps and they look amazing! Just wondering what the grid settings in Foundry are supposed to be? The maps seem to be way too large at 70 pixels grid size
