Bellydancer who doesn't like her navel played with 3

After playing with the belly dancer's navel for a few minutes into the show, the client change it up some by pulling his finger out and and then plunge it in, at regular intervals. However, the time between each poke became longer and longer, until at one point, the client pulled his finger out and just wiggle his finger right in front of her navel. For a moment she thought he was going to poke her navel as she danced like before, but he didn't. His hand followed her navel but kept it at that same distance. 

She kept anticipating for the moment that his finger was going to plunge into her navel, but it didn't. As she danced across the room, the finger followed her navel, just there, wiggling in front of it. The anticipation was making her anxious. Having had her navel played with for a good few minutes earlier left a lingering sensation in her navel, and made her expect more of it.

Its driving her crazy and the client knew it. He keep teasing her this way because he wanted her to poke her navel herself using his finger. He gets pleasure knowing that the belly dancer that hated having her navel played with actually wants her navel fingered.

She brought her navel closer to the finger as she danced, close enough to have it almost enter her navel, hoping that he would meet halfway and poke her navel. The client however didn't do that. He just wiggle his finger slightly brushing the rim of her navel, but never entering it. 

She then realized what he was scheming and backed away. She's hating the fact that she actually fell for it and considered letting him play with her navel. The client noticed this and kept his wiggling finger close to her navel.

Should she endure this torment? or should she just submit and push her navel towards the client's finger?
