New Modding Documentation Up

This differs from the old miraheze wiki in that there's a greatly expanded section on modding with Python, which has roughly doubled the amount of documentation. If the topic interests you I'm curious to hear what you think.
I haven't announced this widely just yet because first I'm going to be seeking feedback from modders and filling in holes. I haven't been able to test all the code samples either just yet, so do let me know if you spot anything broken.
