5'5" (165cm), 28A – 22 – 32, Brown-haired with the ends of her hair still showing the pink colour she's been growing out. Faintly Slavic in appearance, given her family's Polish roots, with a small but pointed nose and light, bright eyes. She prefers baggy, comfortable clothes but looks good in jeans.

Alison is artistic and empathic. However, she has a severe hearing impairment due to a genetic condition that began impacting her in her teens. She wears hearing aids (not represented in this AI-generated image) and, while not wholly deaf, struggles to hear in noisy or busy environments. She mainly uses lip reading when conversing with others and is also fluent in British Sign Language.

A Glaswegian, originally from Clydebank, her mother was born in Glasgow to parents who had settled there post WW2. Her father escaped Communist Poland to relatives in the UK in the early 1980s. As such, she grew up with a 'local' accent but as part of Glasgow's Polish diaspora community. She speaks both Polish and English.

Alison has never been involved in any serious relationships, primarily because of her hearing loss and its impact on her self-image and confidence. Her shyness and her parents' traditional outlook also significantly impacted her, as did the impact of her hearing loss on her voice - which tends to be louder and more monotone than her looks suggest.

She is Catholic and as far as her parents are concerned, only slightly lapsed. Her parents are very religious.

This is her second year working on the Island alongside Emma. She arrived in late February 2020 to organise the various cottages and homes, her role being primarily as Housekeeper. She is quiet and hard-working, loves the island's peace and quiet, and is a speed freak. She loves fast cars and boats, and has had some near misses on the Island's quads.

Alison has a degree in hospitality and has worked in various hotels in and around Glasgow. She had hoped to travel and work in some of the more famous locations in the industry.
