At first I wanted to do it without the gag, turning it into a proper interrogation. I realized, having her gagged, unable to talk back would allow me to create this wonderful situation to get the story back on track. This is what I had planned back when I wrote the script so... its odd to gag someone for an interrogation, yet still so effective to give me what I want :P
