It seems that all/most Indie games are of the 2D early days of videogames NES, SNES, etc... Is this mainly due to budget?? my favorite games come from the PS2, Dreamcast Era of videogames. Will we see a time when Indie games reach this level of design and graphics? will this era become cheaper for devs to recreate?? I hope its soon if it will. I need lots of Survival Horror games in this fashion! Thank you guys from St. Louis! cheers...
2020-06-08 00:44:09 +0000 UTCDear Minnmax,
2020-06-08 00:35:41 +0000 UTCHey MinnMax, other than gameplay what aspect of a game is most likely to draw you in? Is it the music, art style, narrative, or something else?
2020-05-27 21:22:33 +0000 UTCHey Ben and the Crew Are nachos an appetizer, snack, or a meal?

2020-05-27 16:23:27 +0000 UTCHello Ben, Ana, suriel, Kyle and guy who hasn’t beaten red dead! I’ve been thinking about game reveals and announcements from the past that absolutely shocked me (the reveal of Spider-Man PS4, the announcement of Half-Life: Alyx, stuff like that) What game announcement, good OR bad, do you think would genuinely shock you?

2020-05-27 14:40:14 +0000 UTCHowdy! Do any of you have random self care life hacks? My example: I do the dishes when I'm using mouthwash, keeps your hands busy and you get two things done at once. Efficiency. Thanks!

2020-05-27 13:59:13 +0000 UTCHello Cohorts! What is the largest group of words you can communicate using only 2 words? For example, saying 'Mom's spaghetti' communicates the first verse and chorus of Eminem's Lose Yourself.

2020-05-27 11:59:46 +0000 UTCHello MinnMax team, My question is what was the most satisfying game for you all to beat, whether it was something sitting in your backlog for years or not? I just beat Persona 5 Royal, and after owning the vanilla game since launch and having it as a "I'll get to it one of these days" type of things, beating it feels so good, especially since I loved every second of the 152 hours I put into it.
2020-05-27 08:16:32 +0000 UTCHey, Ben and the gang! I I loved last week's decade chat, and thought you did really well to spotlight your own various perspectives on, and experiences with, the games of the decade, without getting too bogged down in "this game is objectively better than this other game" shenanigans. Dan's presence was even more delightful than I could have reasonably hope. I only have one piece of feedback, in form of a question: Why do y'all hate Demon's Souls? All the best, thank you for the words, and keep on making things better; Karl Ruben W. (somewhere in Norway)
