Dagger
Added 2025-02-23 17:35:02 +0000 UTCI've been looking through some old art and renovating it. It's a fun exercise and a great way to see how i've developed, what i've learned, and even sometimes what i've forgotten!
I found an old Dagger drawing I was doing for a Final Fantasy colour wheel over a year ago. I never finished the wheel, I think partly because my approach and style were changing so fast there was no consistency.
I included the original drawing I did so you can compare. The original is only half the body so it could fit in the wheel! I even used the same brushes I used on the OG piece too. I still like the old one, it has lot of energy to it that I maybe ironed out a little with the new one.
But I will keep experimenting, and hopefully learning, and i'm happy to have you join me whilst I do.

EDIT: Included an extra version where she's holding a Nissin Cup Noodle. I also softened her face a little in this one, I think it looks better.
