about: Refunds for MEGA payment!

REMEMBER: You don't have to pay for the mega downloads, just wait 6 hours please.  A private download site will be up as soon as I have time.

HOWEVER, If anyone has paid for it, please message proof or receipt and I can either refund you 5$ plus any taxes/VAT req'd, or send some Steam key(s) your way of similar or greater value.  I have a pile of game keys that I send when people do nice things, which I have surpluses of from buying modeling and asset packs from various sites, or may have duplicates of.  I don't have nearly enough time to play what games I already got for myself, let alone a bunch of new ones.  I have to be working on Los Injurus when others get to play games, but that's okay.

So if anyone has paid for mega, and not already responded to the last posts saying so, please send proof (if you didn't already) via private message and I will make sure you are compensated.  Please be clear if you'd prefer a cash refund via Patreon refunds if that is what you prefer, vs a choice of steam game keys.

When proof is sent I will send over a list of games you can pick from & then upon return of your selection I will send the keys.  These are first-rate new legit keys and not junk/grey-market sites like G2A or other similar shady sites.  However, please make sure to tell me what kind of games you like, as there's quite a bunch of keys on here (and no, I did NOT use Patreon funding on most of it unless it was a majority of assets + a game or a few games with it).  I buy games out of personal funding, and assets/map-enhancing software(s) are bought with Patreon funding.

A picture of your premium membership status (on MEGA, not Patreon) and / or receipt of purchase from MEGA is required and the purchase should be dated no later than September 18th (or there-about, I use discretion here).

There's pretty much a few games in all categories, some recent racing games too.

I just want to make sure everyone is squared away here and made whole.

DO NOT send anything that has your credit card or bank numbers on it, as I can't take on that type of liability plus I'm not trying to rob you blind, so I don't need that stuff over here.  Your name or online name / email is sufficient usually, provided you have the date.  Never ever send credit card or bank info over email anyway, or over anything except when you're buying stuff, especially for unsolicited calls such as the ones the scammers make claiming they owe you money or 'there's a charge on your account, oops wrong amount, etc'.  Plus now the scammers are claiming to be health care advisors, among other things.  I only need enough info to know that it's you and to limit abuse of this opportunity.

Keep in mind it may take up to 2~3 days for a response at worst-case this month.  I will try to check here more often!

I am still working on finishing my back deck (that I almost went through, KRUNCH!), but it's nearing completion and should be done within a week I hope, provided my body doesn't go south for too long while doing it, and/or nothing else comes up that's urgent.

The alternative download site (my own hosting) is still being worked on here and I will let everyone know as soon as it can be used to download the map.  I just haven't had much time left over to mess with that stuff and it's a bit new to me since I haven't made a web site in 25 years.

I still find time during all of this to do a little back-end work to the map (getting models ready for import) so do know that it's not sitting stagnant at all - not for long anyways!

Thank-you for your continued support, and DO know this project is not dead, will not be dead, and unless I kick the bucket so to speak, it will continue for the foreseeable future.   Plus I finally spelled foreseeable right.  Now that's something!

As always respond on the beamng forum map thread with suggestions of what you'd like to see in Los Injurus.  I'll respond there as I have time.  The map is made from my own and all your suggestions combined, plus ideas of random stuff from other games too.  Thankfully, since I purchased commercial models legit and don't plagiarize / steal things from other games, we won't get ban-hammered or get a DMCA.  It costs money but it'll make sure Los Injurus will be here when you want to mill about in it... or push a piano off the many cliffs here.

Again, there may be some who prefer to just get the 5$ (plus tax/VAT) back in cash on here VS Steam keys, just make me aware of your situation please!
