August update re-upload (slimmed)
Added 2021-08-09 21:09:39 +0000 UTCSlimmed down just slightly, and re-packaged.
I didn't see any no textures or missing things (of course, if they're missing, I wouldn't see them would I then?), so please give this a shot and let me know if this one is working for you. It's very possible my wireless connection to the satellite internet thingie could have bought the farm for a bit and messed up the data in the last one. It's a huge file and only one bit needs to be goofed up to gum up the work, it happens unfortunately.
Tested in 0.23. Not tested in other game versions. Older game version than 23.4.1.12350 might not work now with this, so please use the newest version unless you find it otherwise works for you. Game versions below the current Steam version are NO LONGER SUPPORTED (both due to bugs with big files like this, and also due to graphic indices and graphical format changes, neither of which does not work with older versions before the Vulkan update). Please make sure your game is up to date!
Thanks to the folks who reported the bad file, and sorry if anyone was inconvenienced.
This file is just a hair under 4gb. If you successfully ran the last file or extracted it and didn't have an issue after, you do NOT have to re-download this. It's the same thing just re-packaged in a *hopefully* working manner this time.

Please give me a shout if there were issues. My part finally came (cost too much but it's a good one!), so I should hopefully have the machine up and running by tomorrow morning, and be able to edit the map / models again. I can't believe I went through another power supply in only two years time since the substation blew up the last one.
--Cheers, and please keep me posted if there's any issues on the BeamNG site.
Please be aware that when this posts, some users may have difficulty connecting, so please give it an hour or maybe a few hours until more people finish downloading.

Thank-you for letting me know it works better now. Performance should never be an issue provided no one runs out of VRAM or system RAM while running the map. Use Vulkan for best results, but it should still run fine at *60fps (or better) on the classic DX11 renderer. I haven't had a chance to test above-60-fps in a while (unlocking vsync on a good machine can make driving smoother and more responsive for those with ultra-quick reflexes), but since there's much more optimization I will do (think 30~40% near the default spawn) I should be able to keep the map running at-least as good as it is now when the final detail pass is done. A 3060 Ti is plenty for this game, provided you don't exceed the 8gb VRAM, and your 5600x is plenty good for handling a lot of traffic without overheating & burning down the tower.

2021-08-13 19:41:40 +0000 UTCFixed for me thanks to your new update today. I look forward to even more hours of exploring on these new roads. As a side note, I upgraded to a 5600X around Christmas time, and finally got my hands on a 3060 Ti this month. (Basically paying 1080 Ti prices for 1080 Ti performance, except 4 years in the future.) At 1440p ultra graphics on this map, I get around 80 fps average at the default spawn, and upwards of 140 fps in the more remote areas. This map is a dream. Thank you!
