New update with NEW highway textures!

Completely replaced the cleaner-looking (not the worn) set of highway textures with new stuff on par from West Coast USA (they're not the same, dare to compare).

I spent a solid day or two alone just working on the textures.  Things aren't perfect yet, some areas aren't perfectly blended yet, so bear with me here.

AI now should follow single-lane form on most single-lane entrance/exit ramps on the highway.  I haven't got to them all yet, but most should be good.

New areas above the city spawn in area, on the hill, go hunt for that.  No longer does the interchange on top of the hill above the city go no where.  Much is not yet complete but it is mostly able to be driven and much of it has AI.

Bugs/errata:

Sky isn't perfect, looks exceedingly bad at night, will have that fixed soon though.

Ramp adapters (used to connect ramps to raised 6/8 lane highways) aren't perfect, they have some normal-issues causing dark spots.  It's due to a Maya bug with the model.  I will fix it likely in the next month.

Some texture blending errors on the highways.  Some AI may be missing in a few spots, nothing critical.

If you find any serious issues, give me a shout.

Clearing cache is helpful as models and textures have changed.
