2023-05-18 03:43:27 +0000 UTCMy brothers roller looks like yours, but is very light so I think it is a high density foam roller. I use it whenever I feel a twinge in my back or hips. It truly does not take much to feel the release of any tension. All these exercises look effective even as a regular addition after workout.
