2023-02-25 09:50:43 +0000 UTCAs we grow older our sensation that months and years go faster, increases . I was once told that this is due to the fraction or percentage of time we are perceiving . When we were 5 years old and we’re were aware of our birthdays, we had to wait the equivalent of 1/5 of our lives for our sixth birthday. A fifth is a long time period. When we turn 50, our 51 birthday will just be 1/50 (ten times faster than our sixth birthday) away from us. Weeks and days follow the same pattern . Two months of 2023 just went by, like when we were 8 years … two days or two hours…. Just because we are not 8 nor 18 years anymore
