The name I was thinking was Carl/Karl!

Johnny Bravo has a "Friend" Named Carl.
Jimmy Neutron Has a friend named Carl.
Steve Urkel's Neighbor's name is Carl.
The Frenchfries is Frylock, who's neighbor across the road's name is Carl
And finally, in regards to Dwarves, there's a legendary dwarf in Deep Rock Galactic who's name is Karl!
