We'll most likely take that one slowly and stay ahead on this version of the show, I hope it's half as fun as this has been so far!
Now side note, our daughter is home from school sick today. The plan over the next week is more HOUSE OF THE DRAGON, AVATAR and a KUNG FU PANDA reaction. Next week I believe I've already mentioned we have the new SHOGUN series starting (its on HULU/FX, if you haven't seen or heard about this I highly suggest looking into it I am so excited for this one) plus POOR THINGS releasing which Bridgette can't wait for. So essentially, expect to see a bunch of those things the next 2 weeks!

I would highly recommend that at the very least finishing this season before watching the netflix show. I also just was really not a fan of the netflix show as I felt it betrayed a lot of the characters and their arcs in the original show and just failed in understanding the entire message behind atla (there's a reason the creators of atla left this project and after watching the show it's clear to me why they did) - so I'm not planning to watch the reactions to the netflix show's adaptation anyways, but that's just my two cents.

2024-02-23 07:24:32 +0000 UTCI've watched the first 3 of the Netflix and they definitely add info in different chronological order so I'd at least finish season 1 because they're already introducing characters you don't meet until the end of season 1 in the animated series but I'm sure it's still a good watch if you don't know the characters yet. But they story line is just very different so far.

2024-02-22 19:02:24 +0000 UTCI have read the Shogun series that the new show is based off and if this series is even 1% as entertaining and epic as the books, it could very well be the next "Game of Thrones" quality show. I am so excited to start that series with you guys
