GAME OF THRONES [7x6] | EXTENDED REACTION

We've got some new problems...

We plan on watching the finale and having it posted on here hopefully Monday! More INVINCIBLE and MIDNIGHT MASS this weekend!

GAME OF THRONES [7x6] | EXTENDED REACTION

Comments

I knew going to catch a Wight was stupid. This was one of the saddest Episodes to me. PERIOD. R.I.P., Viserion & Thoros of Myr. 🖤 🐉🔥🥶

Erin Black

Cody. Are you going to be alright? Are you going to be able to make it to the end of the series without having a Serious Panic Attack. Starting to worry about you🤔🤔🤔

Cramdeon1969

Hold off the zombies she is disintegrating 100 at a time? Come on now

thebirdcatcher1

Can’t wait to see/hear how you guys feel about the final season

Abraham Lever

Yeah, the first thing I thought was," where did they get the chains? Is there an undead blacksmith? Did they mine the ore to make the chains? Who went down and connected the chains to the dragon?

Annette Gaskins

Oh poor Bridget! I walked out of the room when V died……

The Emerald Duchess

With a second snow storm coming to Iowa today and tomorrow, I thank you for the watch a longs. My son is almost an official Throney with only two episodes left of the series.

The Emerald Duchess

I always find it funny when people complain about the pacing of the last 2 seasons; along with something else they complain about that I won't say due to spoilers. When my friends complained about the timing I pointed something out to them and told them to go back to season 1 and rewatch the show. After they somewhat did so, they admitted I was right. There were ALWAYS huge time jumps in the show, but people blocked it out of their minds until the show was coming to an end and they wanted more. If you go back to season 1 ep.1, the lanisters traveled over a month to get to winter fell but somehow they were back in kings landing before the episode went off. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And there are countless other moments where there were huge time jumps. People just didn't care until the show was coming to a close. Also, I feel like they wanted us to feel like time had past when the time jumps occurred and some of it I can appreciate. For example, I really didn't want to see Jon on a boat traveling to dragon stone. 😂😂

I couldn't have said this better myself! I usually stop watching reactors to GOT once I start hearing them repeat things that are commonly complained about verbatim. At that point it isn't a blind reaction because you already have your mind made up about the rest of the show, so why do I need to keep watching. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Tiesheia Brown

Although I'm excited to see your reactions to the rest of GOT, I'll admit I'm equally as excited for more midnight mass and invincible! 😊

Tiesheia Brown

George RR Martin said in an interview that Dany and her dragons are the "fire" and that the white walkers (in the books called "the others") are "ice"

Shakila

i'm done complaining, i really enjoyed the reactions, especially the full ep watchalongs :)

Thomas Barube

I don't usually post on Patreon, more of a lurker, but i've been reading comments for a while and feel like pointing something out. It gets redundant seeing some "fans" of the show always tampering with first-time reactors in advance with the constant complaining about the final acts of GoT. Like, just let people discover the show unbiased and make their own conclusions, that's the whole point of us watching blind reactions. Not saying this was necessarily the case with Cody&Bridget, but i've seen people on Patreon starting to warn them about how "the show gets worse from here, you'll see", going back as far as s5. (Whether it's true or not is not the matter here imo.) Other reaction channels have had their GoT experience tampered with because they were told to hate the latter seasons before even watching them.

Thomas Barube

ah yes the famous chains that the Night King ... found somewhere i guess ? perhaps he had some spare ones in his pockets ... more seriously, it's a bit hard rewatching this episode in hindsight with the pacing and the protagonists acting somewhat out of character, but i also remember when i first watched the ep, i was on the edge of my seat the whole time and really enjoyed it. A lot of us remember the hype of those episodes live back then, wondering who would live or die etc ... Yes parts felt kinda rushed but i still enjoyed s7, some payoff had to happen eventually. To resolve all the plotlines at the same slower pace as earlier seasons, we'd have needed at least 2-3 more seasons.

Thomas Barube

The pacing is always a point of annoyance for people in later seasons, I always took it as , early seasons journeys took episodes and time because characters were being developed, we now know the characters so can crack on with the story without having to do filler exposition (makes me feel better about it anyway lol)

Jaxon's Jerseys

I wouldn't call that being hot headed, I truly believe he thought they wouldn't be able to leave if someone didn't stay back to hold them off. Stupid, yes, but not hot-headed. But hey, can't blame the guy for being stranded in the center of an ice lake over night surrounded by 1000s of undead in sub-arctic temperatures. Blame it on the brain freeze haha!

Bob

the devastation on Dany's face + the dragon cries ☹️☹️☹️

Dana (Dah-Nah)

Me 2!!!

Tiesheia Brown

I'm pretty sure that the arguments Arya and Sansa have are fake for little finger listening

Moss

All I know is I'll DEFINITELY be attending the watch along in a couple more episodes! 👀👀👀👀👀

Tiesheia Brown

Viserion my baby, may you rest in peace 💚💚

Dawson Lloyd

John... Get on the goddamn dragon, dude!

Annette Gaskins

The time line and quick movement is crazy, but I like getting to the point and not dragging this show on, still thoroughly enjoyed the episode. Danny and John are not aware they are related. This whole show is really about there journey, and them; Fire (Danny). Ice (John)

entendencia

Not only that, but I also feel like in the old game of thrones seasons, this expedition would have taken half a season at least. Not one episode

Jason Cascante

If Jon had just gotten on the fucking dragon, we wouldn't have lost one. He's such a hot head and he can't think beyond the tip of his sword in battle. Bridgette, don't feel bad, I also didn't see Ice Dragon coming. I had literally the same reaction as you!

SNBangtan

I am so ready for your reactions to *every scene* in episode 7. SO. READY.

Griffin

Ive seen this ep a few times now and it still makes me nauseous every time. The sound effects and visuals of the dragon going down are so intense. ugh

Battlebug

I remember the loss of this dragon made me ill…RIP Viserion 🐉

LLCoolT

I may have to watch the full length watchalong for this one!

Its_NattyJ

Love your reaction!! Hate this episode so much lol. The whole expedition beyond the wall was such an awful idea... Can't believe TYRION came up with that?? How did he go from being such an intelligent hand in Kingslanding, to being such a stupid one with Daenerys lol. She deserves better :(

Shakila

I hated this episode and cried so much after

Cortney Krum

They way I spat my water when Bridgette “their daddies “ 💀💀

Mauro

Good evening Peeps 😜

Tony Craig

Brigette looks sad. Wonder if she still wants a dragon.
